SodaPeak Guarantee: How the 60-Day Refund Works
SodaPeak comes with a 60-day refund window from the maker, but four of the maker's pages describe the conditions differently, so the safest route is to email support first and get the rule for your order in writing.
Four Versions of the SodaPeak Refund Policy
We found the guarantee described on four different pages connected to the SodaPeak order flow. They agree on 60 days and disagree on almost everything else.
| Source | Window | Conditions | Fees and timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home page | 60 days from purchase | At least 30 days of use, then email support | Not stated |
| FAQ page | 60 days from purchase | Minimum 30-day trial; sealed bottles only; authorization code by email | 20% restocking fee; shipping and customs not refunded |
| Returns page | 60 days from the order date | Email with "Refund Request" in the subject; return all bottles, opened or not, with the packing slip | Return postage paid by you; refund 5 to 10 days after arrival |
| Terms page | 60 days from delivery | Email support, then return the bottles, even empty | Refund in 3 to 5 business days |
Step by Step: Asking for a SodaPeak Refund
- Note your dates. Find the order date in your BuyGoods receipt. For an order placed on October 1, 2026, day 60 is November 30, 2026.
- Email support. Write to [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your name, the email used at checkout and the order number.
- Ask which rule applies. Ask in the same email whether opened bottles are accepted and whether a restocking fee applies. Keep the reply.
- Ship the bottles. Send them with the packing slip to the address support gives you. The returns page lists 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
- Follow up. If the refund has not reached your card 10 business days after the maker receives your parcel, reply to the same thread. You can also call +1 (507) 448-8190 or +1 (855) 889-3137 (both published by the maker), or the BuyGoods order line at (866) 838-5063.
What the SodaPeak Guarantee Does Not Cover
Two of the four versions spell out costs: the maker's FAQ page keeps original shipping and customs fees and adds a 20% restocking fee, and the returns page makes return postage your cost. The home and terms pages say nothing about fees, so assume shipping is not refunded unless support confirms otherwise. Orders placed with marketplace sellers or on lookalike sites are outside the maker's policy altogether. The policy does not mention the digital bonus guides at all, so ask whether they affect your refund before you rely on getting the full product price back.
A Refund Email You Can Copy
Subject: Refund Request - SodaPeak order [your order number] Hello, I would like a refund for my SodaPeak order [order number], placed on [date] with [email]. Please confirm the return address, whether opened bottles are accepted, and whether any restocking fee applies. Thank you, [your name]
Never send full card numbers by email. BuyGoods and the maker only need the order number and the email you used.
SodaPeak Guarantee Questions
How long is the SodaPeak refund window?
Sixty days. The returns page counts from the order date, while the terms page counts from delivery, so plan around the earlier date to be safe.
Do I have to send back opened SodaPeak bottles?
The returns page asks for every bottle, opened or not. The maker's FAQ says only sealed bottles qualify. Ask support which rule applies to your order before shipping anything.
Is shipping refunded?
Probably not. The maker's FAQ page excludes shipping and customs fees, and the returns page says return postage is yours. The home and terms pages do not mention shipping at all, so ask support in writing before you count on getting it back.
Does the guarantee cover marketplace purchases?
Nothing in the maker's policy mentions Amazon, Walmart or eBay. Those orders fall under the seller's or marketplace's own return rules, so the maker's 60-day window should not be expected to apply.
